Macro Magic in the Jungle

Matthew 6:29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these

Did I hear "Oh No, the purple flowers again!"?

I just can't help myself. My camera  is set on
"flower seek"

It never, ever ceases to amaze me, that these small flowers look so different when "up close and personal"

Heat and Humidty 24/7 for weeks now and it's a jungle out there in our back yard, in this photo there are only 29 purple flowers, but the day I took the first 3 photos there were 41 purple flowers (yes I did count them while eating breakfast) and it Rained!
I plead guilty of "Madly Snapping" and I rest my case.

Beautiful macros. I love the first image the best. The dew drops pop and I love the composition.

I, for one, am glad that you are passionate about purple. Me too! My mother always said purple was for "old people" and I don't ever remember her wearing it! I, on the other hand, insisted that my teenage bedroom be painted "Hawaiian Orchid" and thought it was beautiful.

Keep on snapping madly!

Best,
Bonnie

But these are DIFFERENT pictures, so it doesn't count!! And they are so beautiful, though they still look rather blue to me! The header, my first thought. It looks rather like a trumpet, and it's shouting the word MADSNAPPER!!!

Beautiful texture and color. Love the water drops. Something about the earth lends itself to purple flowers.

I so appreciate your humor - thanks for making me laugh tonight - it feels good..... the rain has come here. It has rained hard all day - and I got very wet while I walked - face up - in it. Loved it. Love these purple flowers - I want more!! Keep on Madly Snapping while on Flower seek! ;o)
