Taint Fair AT ALL!

Photo taken last week in front of the library, it  was a foggy morning and this is exactly what the camera saw, even though it looks black and white. NOTE: photo has nothing at all to do with the written words, it is impossible for me to NOT post a photo. besides what could I say about this one?

I am woman and

If I.... sit long-my feet swell

If I....      walk far-hands swell and tingle (if this has not happened to you yet, it will)

If I.... eat salty food (pizza)-gain 3 pounds over night (hubby does NOT)

PLUS...all weight gained travels straight to the Largest part of the body...(my case it's the middle)

ALSO I eat the same food same amounts on our "food plan" as husband, he loses more weight than I do

Last but not least.....I MUST stop @ all rest areas

Taint Fair AT ALL but there is good news, I have lost 19 pounds to his 23 since Thanksgiving. did I say it Taint Fair?

Can you add anything I might have missed?????

First of all, I think the photo is cool with the reflection and lone bird sitting on the post. I'm already typing so I have to enlarge it after..this was out by your library? The weather looks a bit moody too.
No matter, I get really fussy about my posts. The food issue, I can identify. I think I put on more yet I do not get enough cardio. I'm beginning to think small meals throughout the day would be better just because I can go through the whole day hardly eating much and feel like I ate a ton? I don't know what I'd do if I could hit a rest stop on a town trip! (lol). You ate pizza tonight didn't you!? Do you take walks after you eat dinner? Well, Friday is a wink away........)

I can not figure out what the photo is. A wall or barrier of some sort. Any way, I like it. You know I love reflections.

I think the photo does pertain to what you wrote. It is a great photo and presents a "mood". Loosing weight is not easy. I just lost 13 pounds. Men loose weight SO much faster than women. Do not let that depress you, we do a lot of other things faster than men do!

Sandra, congrats on the weight loss for both you and your husband. Yes, it is true that men lose quicjer (darn). We are still working on losses and the going is slow, but worth it. The photo was very atmospheric - good word I thought - and the foggy morning truly made it appear to be a B&W. Enjoy your weekend!

You GO girl!!!! Wow, I am so proud of you! I was just thinking about your diet yesterday and getting ready to send you an e-mail to ask if you are still on it! About five years ago, I lost over 50 pounds. The key was weekends off! I ate anything anytime on weekends and still maanged to lose weight. It wasn't so bad when I had that to look forward to. Of course I gained it all back!! As I reacll, it was one year when the Christmas candy came out. I LOVE the picture!!!! It's like something that would hang in an art museum. Isn't it funny how our pictures all look black and white when it's raining? Winds of 60 MPH today!!!! We may lose power, everything blown over, even stop signs. Wait till you see my next post!!

I think this photo looks like "peaceful reflection" or "safe harbors" ... and I love the way the fog makes it look black and white.

My hands and feet swell since I was pregnant. TED stocking help.
