Chariot of Bronze

In the couryard are many bronze castings, this is my most favorite one of all.
A stallion and a mare where due to get married, but the stallion didn't show up at the church. He got colt feet
Why did the horse stir his cereal with his hoof? Because he wanted to feel his oats!

What kind of horse has trouble keeping track of his Macintosh? An Appaloosa!
Below are other interesting bronze casting, but to me not nearly as beautiful as the chariot and horses

See Ya! more on the way

Of course you know I would love the horse statues the best. They are such beautiful animals.

I've just been catching up on the last week of your blog - lizards, flowers, the man from Mars, the museum... Not commenting on each post but just wanted you to know I've read them and that kept me smiling for a while ;)

Ha, ha! I think you missed the boat er chariot by not having someone snap your picture in it--the chariot, not the boat.

Best,
Bonnie

The bronze chariot is a beautiful piece. The horses are amazing. They seem to radiate energy.

I am a little behind on blogging. I have looked at all the Ringling photos. All are beautiful! The horses are beautiful. My favorite is the Virgin and Child. So beautiful! Love you. Madeline

You are right! I think none of the others have the excitement or beauty of the horses!! Matter of fact, they are rather dreary and staid in comparison. And also I do not think our son or any of your children when they were little, ever climbed up on our shoulders and fed us grapes! Guess we really missed out! What a nice surprise to see they had their hooves up in the air and are pulling a chariot. And they do look very different from the other side, I'm glad you got all the angles!!
