FMTSO - Pink @ Ringling

East Courtyard Lanai
Friday My Town Shootout Is the color PINK and the Ringling Art Museum is ALL Pink. if you have something pink to share, pop over and link up for today.

North Courtyard Lanai
Pink Arches and Pink Walls, see below for close up view of the lanterns that line 3 sides of the courtyard

Steps to the Restrooms
 Pink Steps to the restrooms
 Pink Marble Columns
Pink walls and trim around the doors
Pink Ceilings with a dozen different light fixtures

And guess what lives in some of the lanterns. Birds, but they are not pink.

The accountant was visiting the Museum of Natural History and said to the person standing next to him, "That dinosaur is two billion years and ten months old."
"How did you get such exact information?"
"I was here ten months ago and the guide said the dinosaur was two billion years old."

That is so cute that the birds have converted some of the lanterns into homes. The second photo on the lanai is just amazing, it seems to go on forever.

By the time I climbed those steps to the bathroom, I would have peed myself!! I have been wondering where all the rest of your Ringling pictures are! I guess you're going to space them out. Love that nest, and you actually got the bird on it!!

Wow! I'll bet you are the only member of FHSO who had access to an entire pink building! Great post. And great joke.

It's such a pleasant shade of pink, not as harsh as the pinks I found for FMTSO. :)

I love the pink on architecture like this- fantastic share! Now the fixtures are really cool- especially the shots of the sweet birds who made a home for themselves! He could use a little touch up paint on his columns too (lol).
