MadSnapper Blather

Scene:  4 A.M. Kitchen of our home, MS turns on hood light over the range/stove

"OH NO!" MadSnapper shouted!
"What? what's wrong?" MS Hubby calmly asked

" THE BULB burned out, it just FLASHED when I turned it on" says MS
" No Problem, get me a bulb" says MS Hubby   then he calmly twisted the bulb off and left this in the HOLE

THEN  He  LEFT it laying on the counter in PLAIN VIEW of The MadSnapper.

What else could I do? huh? huh?

MadSnapper said "I FEEL A POST COMING ON" and she grabbed the camera (it's all his fault, he should have put it in the garbage and I would never have seen it.)

This same MadSnapper had a complete Duh moment and sprayed my HAIR with Eye Glasses Cleaner

Well! they do  sit side by side on the shelf and are about the same size... did you know Eye Gas Cleaner Wets the hair and makes the curl come OUT?   well? did you?
NO they don't sit on the kitchen counter, but when I carried them in the kitchen to take their photo for this post, there lay the shadows........ besides, I could not take the camera to the bathroom shelf  because, well, there was a tad of DUST.... but that is another story.

OK!!! Which one of you just said "can't she EVER take just ONE photo of something?"

Well since I can't take one photo of anything either who am I to say such things? :D

This is the reason I change bulbs. But maybe I should let hubby do it so I can get some shots like that.

Eye glass cleaner makes curls come out? Maybe I should get some.

Cool shots, I really like the bottles in the shadow of the blinds.

You can make a post out of anything. Mr B also leaves the stuff lying around after he fixes something...boys!

I once sprayed under my arms with hair spray That was a bit sticky.

I had a light bulb over my bed explode on my once. That was not pleasant. (No human injury though.)

Just recenty I had to exchange the bulb over my stove too. First I had to find it and figure out how to remove the glass covering it. Sometimes I do wish that a simple shouting of OH NO would make someone appear to calmly say "what's wrong"...

Ever tried mixing up a tube of toothpaste and a tube of handcream? I've tried it both ways and can't recommend either!

I really like the shadows on the kitchen counter. You could have said that was why you placed the bottle there and I would have totally believed you. :))

I had no idea eyeglass cleaner was good for your hair. :))

-giggles- Great post!!!

But I can "do-you-one-better" on the mixed up bottles in bathroom. -grin-

My gritty-face-cleanser (remember the gritty part!) and my after-shower body lotion, are both in white-pump-bottles. I have (more than once until I moved 1 bottle) started to apply lots of *gritty face cleanser* to my ol' bod. Need I say YUCK?!? LOL.

You funny girl! I don't think the eyeglass cleaner would hurt my hair, it couldn't get any straighter!

You're so much fun! You figured something out to help with curls. You may have your own line of hair products soon. :)
Great photos Ginny!

This is a SCREAM!!!! If it makes the curl come out, perhaps you should continue spraying! Look and see what is in it. Then snap the ingredients for us tomorrow, ha ha!! I didn't even KNOW you could get big bottles of lens cleaner! All I have seen is the little tiny cloths. So the bulb came away in two parts? We have had that happen, it is really hard getting that twisty thing out of the socket with the bulb itself gone. By the way, Phil is the oldest of SIX!! One died this fall and the other couldn't make it. His mother made him help discipline them, but he spent most of his time blowing things up and playing pranks on them.

P.S. LOVE these shadows, so I'm glad the bathroom was dusty!

After reading your blog I am feeling better about my big boo boo yesterday. For those who don't know I took a frozen cup out of the freezer yesterday and poured Coke on the bottom of the cup instead of inside the cup. It went all over the floor of course! I had just gotten up from a nap and I guess I was not good and awake. I told the story to Sandra and friends and she sent me a prize for doing the biggest boo boo any of us would admit to! Her using the eyeglass cleaner on her hair is pretty good... Is eyeglass cleaner cheaper than hair straightner? Might be good info for curley haired people...?? Your posts are always good, and very creative! Love ya, Madeline

Is there really anyone who can take just one photo of something? I've never heard of such a thing.
I hate it when the light bulbs do that but love it when husbands forget to take care of things and give us blog material.
I laughed about the glass cleaner and I was going to ask how it worked on your hair. Glad you answered that for us....lol
