Thursday Trees

Sunday morning I went for a stroll with my friend Rich, and OF COURSE I had my camera. Above and below shows the parking lot. On week days it is full of cars. Heritage Park is nestled in an oak grove

Proof not all trees stay green in Florida, but these will be back green in another month.

Those oak trees are so pretty with their long limbs reaching for the sky. Love the dappled sunlight in your first two shots. That last tree looks very fall-like.

The house where I grew up was shaded by big oak trees and I loved them! Thanks for sharing these pics today. Enjoy your day.

I love trees. They have so much character..and even though you will find two of the same variety, they will look different, just like us. Beautiful, simply gorgeous.

Seems that trees could not stay green, all year...

Otherwise, where would new leaves come from?????? The present leaf, has to die, and make way for the next leaf, I'd think.........

Interesting question.

I really like the trees in your first two photos. I wish we would be seeing green on trees up here in a month. It's going to be quite a bit longer than that.

It is only 2:22PM and some people wrote before that in the am. There must be a lot of sleeping problems out there - teehee.

Anyway I couldn't get up that early if I had too.

Your trees are lovely and I didn't think that your trees turned and lost their leaves there.

Is that your friends home there?

And I love the little acorn is holding his ground. sandie

Wow! Trees with green! So lovely! And that is so wild to have the Spring look going on with the Fall look at the same time!

Beautiful trees and it is unusual to have deciduous trees in the sub tropics.
