Hullabaloo

registration tent

Last Saturday, Rich and I went to Blake Hospitals Hullabaloo Health Fair. this is the hospital with the new trauma center that include 2 helipads.   past post on it Friday Fence Helipad

The invitation said free food and all Manatee county rescue vehicles, including the new Bay-flight Helicopter. We were hooked with that one word. HELICOPTER.... if you look in bottom left above you can see it.

Above is the hospital, the brown part is the trauma ER and the helipad is behind the tents. They had the parking lot full of tents with free screenings and test for just above every disease there is.

The VIP said free food (fruit and water) and music (man playing a guitar) so we skipped that tent.

This tent caught my EYE (pun intended) because of the super eyeballs.

Free Water
You can see PART of Rich in above photo, tomorrow will be All of Rich. We went for the Vehicles alone.

Five foot tall recycle bottle
And I loved the recycle for glass and plastic bottles, so of course I snapped it as we made a BEE line for the HELICOPTER.... to be continued

The giant eyeballs are making me want to "see" more of your photos of the event. I would have made a bee line for the helicopter too.

I'd have grabbed one of those water bottles... When I go out on a walk in summer I like to have a little water with me but I've not yet found a perfect size bottle.

WHAT FUN AND SUCH PRETTY BALLOONS.
MOM LIKED THE EYEBALL TOO. I'm just glad her eyes aren't that big. She already sees too much.

This looks like a great event. I like the eyeballs and recycling container, but I, too, would go to see the helicopter and other vehicles.

Great shots of the balloons and it looks like you had a fun and worthwhile day. Manatee county sounds so neat too. I have only seen manatees at Seaworld, but I found them very special.

These health fairs can be a fun thing for FREE. I just saw a local article about one in my area. Unfortunately I didn't see the announcement about it before the event! You and Bob are more organized, or maybe it is the copter sensor in action.
