The Mayor And ME

In March of 2008, the facility where I volunteered , honored the Mayor and Me by putting us in the Hall of Fame Cafe... we were honored for community service.

As  a volunteer, I was official photographer and creator of printed posters... above and below are 2 posters.
Baby is my dog, the one with the tongue out, the others were therapy dogs at the facility
Marissa, activities director

court yard entertainment

You can tell by these shots that I have done some serious PLAYING since 2006

Above and below is Marissa the activities director and below her assistant, Jamie, who is now the director. The sweet pup above belongs to Marissa.

In 2008 they gave me a surprise birthday bash, the man on my left is the chef there.

SEE you on Tuesday, taking Monday off for eye doc appointment.

I had no idea just how much volunteer work you did. And wow, I know someone who is in the hall of fame :)
Love all the shots and that activities director looks like a really fun lady. That shot of her in the witch costume is great

You look so pretty in that photo with the mayor! I'm glad you were recognized for your kindness. What a wonderful place to donate your time! I hear that there are a lot of elderly people that never see their own family...you were their family. :)
When is your birthday???
Hope all goes well at the appointment.

My favourites out of these are the portraits of the woman sitting in the frame, and the man playing guitar! Well done, you!

Congratulations! I'm sure the Mayor was honored to be inducted in the same class with you. I'm sure the Center appreciates all the playing you've done for them.
