Swinging, Diamonds and Other Stuff Part 2

As I walked to the door, I Snapped! at the TRASH of it ALL... that yellow gone has been empty for 3 weeks, and the other things are waiting to be placed 12 feet away into the trash can.

I refuse, let he who placed it there, put it in the trash can.  Some Day...

This post has been in  drafts for 10 days...

Holly Hocks are now 10 inches high. And something was added to the trash of it all.....

Did I mention the grill needs to go out to the curb for trash pickup and it will cost 10.00? YIKES

THE GOOD NEWS IS I AM NEVER EVER NEVER GOING TO RUN OUT OF THINGS TO POST ABOUT...
UPDATE AT 9 am .. OH no... Florida enters hurricane season riding a SEVEN year quite season.. I am praying for year 8..

Interesting that you have to pay. I see a lady garden ornament close to the Holly Hocks plant. Happy Friday. Golden Woofs, Sugar

We don't seem to have that trash problem around here. But boy of boy did MOM have that problem many years ago when her brother lived with her.

Hollyhocks look great!!!! Glad you are showing them once in a while. $10.00 to pick up the grill?

poor bob... rather like airing his dirty laundry only with trash. :)

It's hard to believe that you have to pay extra so they will take away the grill. I read about the predicted hurricane season, but I, too, hope it will be quiet again this year.

My husband gave the guy at the dump a frozen cat fish (the guy had told him he enjoyed cooking fish) a long time ago now. Since then he hasn't had to pay a thing for the stuff that he should pay for leaving there, like our huge old TV, for example. We don't have trash pick up, we have to go to the dump, so maybe this idea wouldn't work for Bob. As long as my hubby cooks, I am happy to take out the trash and do the dishes! Hope those hurricanes will leave you alone this year too.

Here's to trash and a quiet hurricane season again this year.

You have to pay $10.00 for them to come and take your grill??? This is outrageous! We pay that much each month for all our trash pickup plus the water bill! Do what we do, go find a store dumpster out behind the store and ditch it in there. If arrested, do not report me to the trash police. Tell them you had a temporary lapse of memory and just found yourself wandering around town with junk. BUT maybe I got what you meant WRONG! In that case, excuse the rant and forget everything I have said.

Well Mad Snapper my mom made a very profound statement that I will share,
"one person's trash, is a Mad Snapper's treasure"!
Hugs Madi your bFFF
PS we hate the threats of hurricanes...but we have become accustom here on the east coast

Re: My posted "volcanoes" -grin- I did try to chomp a couple of bites, here and there. But, the substitution of honey, make it need a lower cook temp.

I read this!

But did I do it?

Hehhhhhh....

So everything was BURNED-ISH. -pout-

$10 for them to pick up your old grill? That's crazy. We have unlimited trash pick up and one large item per week. We just have to call ahead if we are putting something really big out.
Leaving that stuff sit there sounds like something I would do.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you that you make it safely through hurricane season

I like pics taken of plants from underneath. :)

I almost posted a picture of my oven just before cleaning it to have something to blog and then I had a visitor to my deck I posted about instead. Do you live in a area that gets hurricanes often? I hope not.

Girl you know that happens here all the time!!!

Yes, I read that it is going to be another big year for hurricanes.

Been watching the tornado activity in Oklahoma and also in St. Louis tonight... Scary---the weather! We truly have no control over it.

Can't wait to see your Holly Hock blooms when they bloom.

We have alot of TRASH around here also. Our garage is a MESS.... Doesn't bother one of us at all... ha ha

Hugs,
Betsy

Ugly weather !!
Yup you never run out of ideas!

That looks like one of hubby's piles. It will sit there until he needs the space for something else or I get rid of it. $10 to pick up a grill? The last time we got rid of a grill I took it apart and put it in a trash bag and then in the trash can. Take it apart and get rid of it piece by piece.

Here hoping for another very quiet hurricane season.
