Frame it and Hang it

Do you frame your own photos or art and hang them on your walls?

I do, these are on my kitchen wall. I added the tomato flowers beside my salt and pepper shakers...

Can you guess what this is? the sun was shining on it calling my name.

I should frame more of my art and pictures, however I do have a few hanging on my walls. The flowers are beautiful

I always have plans to display, but they rarely materialize. I love that plant. I thought of you yesterday evening. We were on the lake and I was taking photos of the river bank with the overhanging trees, some dead, some alive. Go figure.

Beautiful purple plant, Sandra! And I laughed at the foam foto. We do tend to see the unusual or repetitive or beautiful in things when we have a camera, huh! (although my camera is a little wimp compared to yours). The only photos I take that I've displayed are the ones of the grandkids. They're on the wall above my desk. I've even wanted to make a few notecards out of some of my photos but don't know where to get the heavy card stock that would work best. Avery doesn't have it and Office Max doesn't have it. That much I know for sure. lol

Congratulations to you, for framing your photography!!!!

I'm so untechy, I don't even know how to go about it. Well yes. Don't delete a pic, from the camera card. Take it to Taget and... Get it printed up, I guess.

But I've never tried.

Hmmmmmmm, a new trick, for the Little Ol' Lady, to try!!!!!!!!!

Love the flowers and your photos. Why buy expensive artwork when one can use the pictures we already have.

For a moment I thought that foam was going to be a cookie.

LOVE your gallery on the wall. I finally ordered one picture I took of my male parrot and got it the other day. I will take it to have it framed.

Where do you get yours printed?

The King's Mantle is beautiful, how long will it last? The foam cushion as an excellent choice, I could NOT guess what n the heck it was! I am going to get a picture hanger like yours with the three spaces. BUT my trouble is I would never have even thought of an arrangement like this, I have ZERO talent for it!!!

Love your framed photos! I've only framed family photos that I've taken. I plan to frame photos our Mama Squiirel and Mama Mallard.

You know I don't know why but I don't print and frame my pictures. I really should though.
What a neat idea for kitchen prints. Salt and tomato flowers.

I do love your purple flower! I love your pictures too! I have a few of the pictures I've taken hanging on my living room wall. I had them put on canvas. I want to have a few others done to replace a few Home Interior pictures but I haven't do it yet.

A few years ago I had a wall on the second floor with small 4x6 frames photos of flowers, butterflies, scenics...but no one saw them but us. Removed them when we reprinted the wall and decided not to rehang. I thought the design was a waffle!

The King's Mantle is beautiful. It would make a cloak fit for a king.

I have one framed a couple of my photos but I did do a calendar of photos a couple of years ago.

I really ought to print some of my favourite photos. But how to choose? I have a lot of favourites. :) (That does NOT mean they are all good, though. They are just faves.)

Sandra, you just set my heart to smiling as I look at your posts.

Yes I do have my photos around our house.
2 huge canvas prints, one in the kitchen nook, one over the fireplace and 2 small prints in my bathroom.
I think it's time to do some more.

Love the look of the tomato blossoms.

Loved your framed photos. Who knew there could be beauty in a foam cushion. I am not familiar with Kings Mantle, but it surely is pretty. Have a great new week.

textured items are good to photograph. My former photography tutor would approve of your style. I have my photos of Italy on my wall.
