Backyard in July #3 -Fishtail Palm

Our Fish Tail Palms are about 30 feet tall, the reach up to the power lines. I noticed the sun shining through the tips of the fronds way up over my head and well.... I...... Just...... Snapped....!

Fish Tale...
Question: What is the difference between a hunter and a fisherman:
Answer: a hunter lies in wait...a fisherman waits and lies...

I HOPE THIS DOES NOT HURT BLOGGER FEELINGS, BUT I HAVE A SECRET.

EVERY MORNING MY FIRST BLOG I VISIT IS   The 7MSN Ranch  ANIMAL LOVERS CLICK ON THAT LINK...

Morning MS!!
I love that first double picture!!
Very creative.
No feelings hurt here....we hope we don't hurt any feelings either but the first blog we visit is OURS....yes we are self absorbed!!! MOL

MS I will take a few pictures of the pages of our printed Blog.

Each of the volumes are about $35.00 a piece. Which isn't bad considering all the work I put in them. If I wanted I could spend over $100. on each. I keep the cost down by doing the following:
1. I don't print comments..which is a bummer but it can add hundreds of pages to the book
2. I don't print page breaks, they just flow page to page. Having each post on separate pages adds up too
3. I print the book in black and white rather than color and I order laminated paper covers.
4. Blog2Print can only load 1500 photos at a time. When I printed volume 1, I was going to print over a year. I got a warning we can only print 1500 pictures at a time. Blew my mind...then I decreased the dates by about 4 months.

One thing I do print extra is a content that helps when you are looking up a particular post.

I love your photos of the palm fronds in the sunlight. I hope the power company doesn't come along and trim the top.

This Fishtail Palm is amazing! I don't think we have them around here, I have never seen one. And it is so symmetrical, like a pattern! LOVE the farm blog!!! I do not know how he got those shots of the digging, even the sneeze, how would he do that? I love corgis too. I even love the names he gives the animals. I left a comment and would have followed but I see it is not Blogger.

Nice pictures, it's nice when the sun shines through them. Like the cartoon. This week is a bit upsidedown for me, first week back in work, but so happy it's the weekend soon.
