ART or NOT?

My eye exam was fine...

Today's lesson is how to make ART from any or everything... I present to you

Toothbrush ART..

This is my new toothbrush. As I brushed my teeth I studied this and wondered who was the brave person that tested this to see if it works.

I mean doesn't it look like it would HURT? Someone had to test it.

I pondered
what type person test these? Are they well paid? How many things do they test a day? Is there a whole workforce of people out there testing all the things we buy?

Is there someone out there paid to flush new toilet to answer these questions

How much does it cost to flush a toilet once?
How much water does a constantly running toilet leak?
How many gallons of water does a toilet use per flush?
How many gallons of water does a toilet flush?

I can tell you I love it. and it doesn't hurt.
Go ahead! you can say it! "MadSnapper needs a LIFE"
I know you are thinking it...

Sandra: "Wanna hear a joke?"

Bob: "Nope! I'm already looking at one!"

I love your humor Sandra. Nifty close ups too. I feel the need to go and inspect my toothbrush now ;)

Well, you obviously dared test it. Maybe you could earn big money offering to test some more! :)

They would have to pay me a LOT to be a tester. ;)

What a fun post to start off the morning before I head off to the Y, thanks Sandra. Indeed you have posed some interesting questions and perhaps they have test dummies, like the ones used in car crashes. I wonder what their job titles and descriptions would read...even funnier to think about.

Go ahead and slap Bob for me! ;-) Love that purplish version of THE toothbrush. And yeah, it looks like one wicked instrument. And least I hope the toothbrush testers get a free, lifetime supply of toothbrushes. But then what would they do about the toilet testers? Hmmm. So much to ponder, Sandra!

Glad your eye test went OK. OMD an instrument of torture. They bought me a toothbrush and chicken flavoured toothpaste which I tried to eat and the toothbrush ended up in the bin and rightly so. Have a terrific Tuesday.
Best wishes Molly

You certainly are a mad snapper. The shots are fun. Glad your eye test was okay. Remember I used to have to test worn undies to find faults.

That toothbrush looks like a weapon of torture!! Now I'm off to ponder the rest of your questions.

Best,
Bonnie

I've never seen a toothbrush like that before, it looks lethal.
No, you're not mad, my mind goes on a similar way, we're just curious and that's a good thing.

Good one Sandra, made me laugh out loud! I always wanted to be a potato chip tester. I would get to stand all day and look at all kinds and flavors of potato chips, eat as much as I want and then tell people how delicious they were. note to self: add this to my resume LOL

So of course I DO have that same question: Doesn't it hurt? Those plastic white spikes on the edges look kind of painful. What made you choose this toothbrush? BUT I adore the pictures, the brush itself is beautiful! Even in just a plain picture. The last two pictures are fabulous, and the others very pretty too. It could also be symbolic of cleanliness, pain, a lot of things. Don't give me any ideas... You have become the MASTER of edits, rock on Snappy!

Yea for a good exam! You really must test out the vibrating toothbrushes. I love them. I will never go back to the other kind.

Glad your eye exam went okay! I found out about 2 weeks ago that I have macular degeneration. But anyways, Sandra, Jim and I love our electric toothbrush! My teeth have never felt so clean. It really feels good when you are finished brushing and all during the time until you brush again. Think about it. It is worth it.

No I could never be a tester. I would either be too critical or pass things along that should not.

who knew a toothbrush could be so artsy. I love them all.

I liked! Maybe I need to get a life too. Or maybe we are blessed that we can never stay bored cause the world is full of fascinating photo possibilities and intriguing questions!

Bob is either very brave -- or very foolish. Regardless, I did enjoy your toothbrush art. Unfortunately, I can't answer any of your question.

Hi There, Glad your eye exam went well... No new glasses this year? Both GE and I got new glasses when we went a few months ago---and it certainly cost us a penny or two .... Gads!

Your thinking about the toothbrush makers and 'testers' reminded me of so many of the frivolous and stupid tests our dumb Govt. pays people to 'study' --like the life of some kind of tiny fish (or something like that)... Another GADS.

Hugs,
Betsy

An interesting looking toothbrush but I like the color your created more than the real one. I would never have thought about photographing my TB.

Who tests stuff like this? People like me. I've been sent all sorts of products to test and evaluate. No toothbrushes that I can remember but mascara, shampoo, cleaning supplies, etc.

I never fail to be amazed at the things YOU can do on the computer. I just need more patience or is it more then that. I fear it's patience AND smarts. I have neither! :) I won't test anything.
I did once..never again. Long story and not a pretty one so I will spare you. Just know that it takes guts...for sure.

Hootin Anni said...

Well, now that you mention it...I too wonder who tests these.

The changes you made with your brush is interesting....I say that with trepidations 'cause now I'm thinking Hootin' Anni needs a life. [kidding]

And your 'joke' put a smile on my face this morning. ---glad the exam had good results.
