Flutterby Gardens

the House at Flutterby Gardens...

Yes, the steps are that color

I know the voices in my head are not real, but sometimes their ideas are just Awesome!  author unknown

Only in math problems can you buy 50 watermelons and nobody asks what the heck  is wrong with you

I will be taking Monday off.... Annual eye exam that leaves me with blurred vision for 8 hours.....

Hmmm. Why would anyone think something was wrong with me if I bought 50 watermelons?

I really like the first photo in sepia. I feel like it's something from out of my childhood.

Love those old math problems...at least we learned to solve them without a calculator! Flutterby Gardens is a great stop. I remember a previous post.

Eww ickk..that dreaded math.
I think whoever made those stairs that bright brilliant color must have a vivid imagination. I love it!

I love the upstairs porch with the beautiful steps down, and it can also double as a fire escape! Let me know how your exam went.

It's a lovely house. Somehow your b&w photos almost make me believe it's been looking exactly the same for a century... :)

That's a nice looking house and I like the sepia picture the best. When I looked at the color picture the first thing I thought was that it was a water slide instead of steps.
Have a good day off even if you won't be seeing it clearly

I'm thinking that all steps should be that color. But then, it's one of my faves. Good luck with the eye exam.

Good Luck at the eye doctor... I have an important doctor's appointment tomorrow also...

True statement about the watermelon question.... I used to 'hate' those old 'word problems' as they called them back then. They were always tricky and seldom made any sense.

Hugs,
Betsy

Always disliked that vision should be so blurry for so long. Hope all goes well and you pass, Sandra.

What a wonderful garden! I would hate to be the one to tend to the weeds though. ;)
Enjoy your Monday Sandra - even with blurred vision. :(

Hi!
I'm trying to catch up on your posts after you left me a comment last week while I was out birding most days along with a national birding convention being held in our city. Hope your week ahead is a good one. Thanks for stopping by to leave me a comment.

Those steps look like a water slide.

What a beautiful old home. The blue steps look more like a waterslide than steps. Maybe it can be used for both. LOL!

I'm glad to hear your eye exam went well.
