MadSnapper's Dream

 I had a vivid dream...Truly I DID...

I was in a really, really  big room. As a man painted the walls bright  green, another was hanging  red drapes on hundreds of windows, a third man was painting these beach chairs bright orange.

The paint brush swept back and forth, back and forth as  I screamed NO NO. not these colors... NOT...THES...COLORS and I woke up

As I tortured Bob by telling him in detail the dream......

I had and epiphany! ( feeling of sudden and striking realization) Just call me Issac Newton.

I thought..... Somewhere, someone will LOVE this color scheme... I mean there is a man here drives a bright orange CORVETTE, and a neighbor lives in lime green house.

there are people who love clutter and despise clutter. there are people with neat desks and sloppy desks. Wood, metal and roll around desks..

some like blinds, other like curtains and others don't want anything on their windows. Some leave the windows open, others close them..

Some love the walls covered in decorations, others want the walls with nothing.

Are you picking up what I am putting down?

Wow, your dreams remind me of some of the ones I've had - where I can fall off cliffs and not get hurt; or be chased by one of my Dad's Hereford Bulls in the barn, and I can't outrun him, so I turn calmly around and ask him why he's chasing me: he replied to me in English that he had no idea. LOVED this post!! lol

TRUE....you make a great point!

If you think these colors area bit strange. You should see the socks I bought, and they classify as support hose.

You make a very good point and I love your tiny men. But what a dream!!!!! And why those colors, they do not go together very well. You must have seen these colors somewhere sometime and they are now in your sub conscious mind!!Now I will be trying to psychoanalyze it all day!!!

So
Happy Early Easter too.

Oh MS The old folks used to say a dream would come true if told before breakfast. You are so right beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
In each room in my sister in law house if there are 4 walls 2 are one color 2 are another....and I'm not talking subdued builder beige.

Your epiphany is okay with me any old way you want to look at it, Issac!!!!!

Have a good evening, Sandra!

To each his own, I would say :) We like it minimalistic and clean here. Actually, over the weekend, we have the painters here, and we're changing up the colors on our walls. My mom picked a nice light beige. Works well for us. :)

This is really cute Sandra and you are getting terrific with what you can do blog wise.

But I have to say your answer is wrong -

There is a wrong way to decorate walls -

WALLPAPER - who the heck invented that STUFF!

well that was some dream

SO true. And we are the only ones of God's creatures that sit around pondering such things. LOL But truly, it is what is meant by being made 'in His image,' that creative part of us that builds a house or decorates in our very own style. The other creatures don't do that. Every robin's nest is the same. I've never seen one decorated in red or green, floral or stripes. :-)

And now I'm trying to get your dream out of my head. LOL

What the heck did you eat that night???? I would stay away from it for sure.....:)JP

I can't explain your dream, but I sure like your epiphany.

SquirrelQueen said...

I second that question, what did you eat before going to bed? LOL!

We are have different taste, different ideas and different visions. We are all right like you said. Except for the wallpaper that CC brought up, that stuff is horrible.

First, you crack me up! Second, I completely agree that everyone is right. :)
I thought you were about to say that you're starting a business buying desk, end tables, etc and painting them all different colors and sell them. :)
thank you for your sweet comment today. the cake is sooo good!

You must have been playing around too much with computer coloring lately - now it follows you into your dreams! :) Oh no, what am I saying! "too much"? Of course there is no such thing...
