Way Back When...

Way Back When, Hubby used to drive for Roadway In PA, this is a cuff link, he says he had 2 and a tie clip but I have never seen them.

Yes... I spent 2 boring days off looking for something to photograph that did not require much walking
.
Coming Soon, more STUFF I found

If you are searching for that one person who can change your life, just look in the mirror!

UPDATE: from Madi's Mom
'you have to like yourself before others can like you!!'
and this reminds me
to have friends you must be a friend.

Hi Sandra, I like your photos of hubby's cuff link. Great quote too. Hope the pain is easing now. These things take a while.

So glad to see a post from you...I hope you are feeling better. I
'think' I am on blog break for now. I thought Tootie was going to be here yesterday, but forgot that today is a bank holiday, so they are coming today. Anyway, I will see how it goes, but doubt that I post while they are here.

What a cool cuff link! So pretty. And please rest and take care of that knee. I don't remember ever having trouble with knees and hips when I was younger....

It is really pretty, I like the brushed effect. Good hunting, I hope you find lots of forgotten items! It's like a treasure hunt! That would be the only good thing bout my failing memory, new stuff that is not new!

Love that statement, to have friends you must be a friend. Its so true. Actually it's the only way.
I see that you are searching for pictures too. Sometimes I just can't get inspired or I don't have my camera for the "perfect" shot..
Company has come and gone, Conference is over, Granddaughter's High School competition band field performance...1st place in their division and 2nd overall all wrapped up and in the books,Church and visiting with a friend I haven't seen in 5 years....what a busy week this last week was.
I'm so ready for some Dave and me time. Think it might actually happen in a week or two!
Okay, all that to say I love the cuff link and your different treatments. Interesting that there is only one link but it makes a grand photo.

Those are good quotes. I liked your original shot but each one looks just a little bitter better and the effect you used on the last one is really cool

Love the cuff link. I always thought they were cool. I have a few of my dad's and Mark has a few too. I keep telling our daughter that about liking herself. She says no one is ever going to like her....well she doesn't like herself which means she sends off don't like me vibes.....
