Good Fence Thursday..45

Ugly fence but it keeps the dogs in

What if there were no hypothetical situations?

Ugly fence but it protects the baskets and cars... which brings up a pet peeve. People who leave baskets parked in a parking spot for cars.. Please put them where they go...

Man: Will you go out with me this Saturday?
Woman: Sorry, I'm havina a headache this week end.

Man: Is this seat empty?
Woman: Yes, and this one will be to if you sit down.

Not sure what these ugly fences do... someone bring the sprayer of Clorox

I also don't like it when the baskets are on the parking lot. Especially when the start rolling about on their own.

Good Morning, Sandra.

The ugly fences are doing their job at keeping the dogs safe in their yards.. I wish more people would return their shopping carts, it is annoying to find them taking up parking spaces..

Have a happy day!

I don't like ugly fences...there are so many pretty options out there.

MOL MOL MOL at your jokes...especially the one about the empty seat.

DO NOT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON GHOST CARTS IN THE PARKING LOTS. HOW CAN ANYONE BE THAT LAZY. THEY CAN'T WALK TO THE CART CORRAL BUT THEY CAN TAKE THE EXTRA ENERGY TO PUSH THE CAR UP ON AREA WITH CURBING AND TREES. TODAY IS GROCERY DAY I'M PREPARED TO BE PO'D

I have that same pet peeve! just walk it to the cart return and get a little exercise. :)
if you have an ugly fence just plant some morning glories and it will be pretty real soon. :)

I share that pet peeve with you...I like the little M building...and if you have not visited Felicia's Good Fence shot, I am here to tell you you will love it. She is #25!

I agree, it's not too hard to park those baskets where they belong. Some interesting fences you posted!

Love it that you finally gave some ugly fences some blog publicity!

Such important fences indeed, they come in all kinds of styles don't they! Fences come with reasons for sure. Great captures.

For sure fences come for a reason for sure.

I too wish they would keep the carts inside in winter time.

They are a pain trying to push them across the parking lot with groceries. Even though hubby does it still a bother. Too many lumps and bumps.

As 5 out of ten most parking lots in my town have been done so rough.

Are you proposing to change Good Fences to Ugly Fences? I like your gotchas. Some men deserve them. lol

Okay not the prettiest fences ever but they are functional. I also hate the shopping cart issue. Another thing I find annoying. People who get items in the store and decide they don't want them but rather then take them back to where they found them they just leave the item on another shelf.

I think the first fence is beautiful!!! It is blue, right? WHY don't people paint their fences a pretty color like this? Even the ugliest fence would look good if painted the right color! Yes, I hate the shopping carts in the parking spots! Fortunately it is almost never done here. BUT here is what IS done...people park crooked and take up 2 spaces!! That makes me foam at the mouth!!! And they do it in handicap parking, too!! So where there would have been a nice space, now we have to walk.

Ugly they may be but they all are doing a good job. Have a laugh at your jokes!

Good to have a laugh and you've found some real ugly ones, but, yes they serve a purpose.

Adding to gripes about abandoned shopping trolleys... happens over here too - ah well ;D)

Baskets in the parking lot make me mad ever since one got loose and did a number on my car one time. I like the way you caught the reflection in the rear view mirror in that first shot!

I hate that when I go to pull into a parking space and find carts left there. so annoying. I know what those last fences do. They stand there waiting for you to take their picture :)

Great collection of fences, with a purpose and maybe without. Thanks for the grins, too.
