Just Because

Red leaf on pavement
Is it my Mind?      is it my eyes? .........In my Feedly list of titles....

I read ... Korean Pears  into Kitchen..... I thought where else would they go?
it really said... Pears go into Kuchen. (kuchen is a cake, just so you know)

I read.. Line Mural... clicked on it and found a photo of a Lion Mural....

Blind Shadows on Kitchen Floor
News Headlines in my Feedly  I saw..

Don't Miss Your Polio Vaccination.... What? Is it back from the past..
I read it again and was relieved.. it said ... Don't Miss Your Play Vacation....

Maybe I need a Play Vacation... NO WAIT! my life IS a Play Vacation.

my eyes play tricks on me all the time and I put two words together sometimes while talking. now if I tried to do this you know I wouldn't be able to. LOL

I see things that way since I have the Walmart glasses. The ones that work are broken, last year's don't work anymore so I can only read and guess at the rest.

The mums are frilly, huge, and beautiful! The pears, I bet anything it was written by a non-American person. When I read something stupid, anymore I don't know if it's them or me! My mom wouldn't let me get into pools all growing up because of the polio scare, what about you?

Sometimes I do think my eyes and my brain have taken a vacation.
Now don't tell me it's the senior years.....(:0)

I do think it makes the real statements funnier when it is realized.

Love Martha's Mums..really pretty.

Just reading about your near-by tornado and chilly weather...I think the whole world is going mad!

LOL! That cracks me up because I do it all the time. I'm the queen of the double-take. Problem is that I can't remember them. Isn't it nice being retired? When we go someplace, people say, "Enjoy your vacation." Greg says, "We're always on vacation, we're just traveling." I can't complain.

I don't know how many times I've read post titles only to find out that it said something completely different than what I thought. Sometimes I'm relieved and other times I'm a bit disappointed...lol

Love how you force me to find fun and humor in everyday living! You go girl!! P.S. I so agree with your comment about the tats on my last post!

Isn't it funny how our brain (the brain interprets what our eyes see) plays tricks on us? I do that all the time especially when I'm in a hurry. I love those mums.

Yep it happens tp many of us by the sounds. It is nearly as funny as predicted text on messages on the phone

One of the funniest was 'Good news news, grandma is a homosexual." when it should have said, Grandma is home from hospital."

Oh the tricks that our minds play on us :)

I do that too sometimes, read something incorrectly, which makes for a giggle or two. The mums are beauties.
