Good Fence Thursday49

On my 1.6 mile drive to Dollar General I passed this fence and shot it through the windshield.

Below is the Re-max building next door to Dollar General. Photo taken from my side window. ..

Photos taken February 19, 2015......I love Florida. and living under 3 miles from every where I shop.

It must be lovely living in a state where you don't have snow:). Nice photos Sandra. My local supermarket is only five minutes away from where we live but I also like to go to ones a little further. We have several in the area as we are such a built up area.

Sandra, you do live in a wonderful area.. having the shopping nearby is wonderful. We are at least a 15 minute drive to the closest stores.. Have a happy day!

Right now I would love Florida just to get away from the weather.

Love that fence shot...

ooh, love the bright white, clean lines of that fence - complete with a couple of great trees in the yard! nice! and the palms against blue sky in the 2nd doesn't hurt either. :)

I really like the angle of this photo. I usually prefer wood fence to blend with nature, but this is a nice fence.

That a great looking white fence. I like that it has wide enough slats that you don't feel like your closed in.
Very nice looking building in the 2nd shot but I have to say I'm fascinated by the palm trees in the shot.

Re-Max has a living fence of palm trees! SO beautiful!! But the first fence I do not like, the top is too flat and needs pickets, and it is too spartan. SO each of these fences are the EXACT opposite. Great job! We live in a very small town, too. So nothing is more then ten minutes away. Most are a little over five. My doctor and my podiatrist are three blocks away! I love that!

The sun makes everything look good. I also like living three minutes from everything...I have the best of both because in three minutes I can be on a back road with bans. But no sun...:(

(sigh) I can't tell you how much I wish I was there right now.
You are such a lucky lady. Not only all that beautiful weather but living so close to where you shop.
We have a Dollar General and the grocery store I work at that are each under a mile away but everything else is at least 15 miles away

Great shot of a cute fence. Hey, if I lived there I could walk to shop since I can't drive anymore. They don't have public transit here so I'm grateful for my wonderful friends. Still, it sure would be nice. And what great weather. :)) Hopping over to TexWisGirl. xxo

Sometimes I think I'd like a rural environment, but I do like the convenience of being in town.

I like pretty fences but I need sturdy ones - preferably TALL sturdy ones - that hide all the JUNK on Louis Dean's side of the yard. Wouldn't you know the only area we HAVE tall sturdy fences that hide things is on MY side of the yard - where it actually looks NICE??
