Sunday Sun Painting - God's PicMonkey 1

Sunday AM Feb 1..
Look! I said to Bob... and ran for my camera. Above is what I showed him. A dead yellow Scheffleria leaf had fallen in the Fishtail Palms and the sun was shining through it.

A few steps closer....

and change the angle of the camera to block the sun dogs, almost, but not quite..

Ahhhh... there it is, God using his sun like I use PicMonkey, to make something ugly beautiful ... Sun paintings By God.. captured by ME...

So long as God creates sun painting like these people with cameras will never be bored :)

Love this, Sandra. Ever since I got my camera, I'm much more likely to notice bits of sunlight and glowing leaves. So pretty!

Oh my gosh, this is amazing! I am glad you showed us how it happened, because the first picture is unbelievable!! This first picture looks like no kind of light I have ever seen! Totally pure, beautiful, and almost supernatural.

The groundhogs are considered a pest, we have lots around here. My next door neighbor wants to shoot the one that lives out back under his shed. But they are so cute! They stand up on their hind legs to eat and they whistle. They never hurt anyone, only their gardens. They live in burrows and we especially see them on the side of the road. They are hibernating now, but there will be many come spring. That is a much better predictor of the weather than the stupid ceremony. Just wait till you see one, and you know winter is over.

The neat part is that you see it and share it. That's what I love about you.

Many times when someone says a photo of mine is so beautiful, I say " I just took the picture ".

Of course, after seeing this I was reminded of the Trees poem with the line that "only God can make a tree" and apparently He can make some pretty good images as well.
