Powder Puff in Iced Pink

Those of you who follow me have seen and over abundance of Powder Puff Pics. They are always a brilliant red.. Click HERE to see the true color.

Due to several weeks of unseasonable cold.. Not cold to you but cold to us and the flowers, they are still blooming but are and Iced Pink instead of red..

They are beautiful but are you saying the cooler weather made them pink not red?

Oh, my, they are pretty in this color, too. I just simply love them...in either color.

WOW! Iced Pink is the perfect description! I have a folder of your Powder Puff flowers, of all my favorite ones. And one of these days I am making a collage and hanging it or putting it on a table. These are very COOL looking, just like the weather.

These are the most fascinating flowers I've ever seen and I always enjoy when you post pictures of them. Glad the cold didn't kill them off and their iced pink color is just beautiful

Really pretty Sandra and I love the name Iced Pink. They have a sparkle all their own.
Our sprtiz of rain wasn't near enough to get a good snow pack in the mountains and so we are still in terrible drought mode.
The weather is gorgeous though and 70's is just my speed
All our blossoms desperately need a good drink though. Don't know what's going to happen to the fruit and produce this years. Prices will soar and the fruit will be slim pickins'.

I think they look pretty in pink, but the red ones are certainly gorgeous too. I hope it is't too warm for you down there! LOL!!
