All I've got to say is that I hope Bob doesn't plant any magic beans in your yard.

Best,
Bonnie

I love your Staghorn Fern, it always amazes me. Great shot of the Asparagus Fern. Did you lay on the ground for that shot???

Why asparagus? Does it have anything to do with the vegetable? The sweet little last fern almost looks like a mini pine tree! This hibiscus does not look anything like the ones here. Maybe because it is wild? Very pretty! The Staghorn is wonderfully stunning and huge! No wonder it gets so big and heavy if it is multiplying like that.

Your backyard is truly like a tropical paradise.
I love the variety and how things just multiply.
I think I need to get out in our yard too. The Wisteria is blooming and our peach tree is in full blossom. If I diddle too much longer they will be all gone.

I just started learning about ferns. Yours is very different from the ones I have seen out here.

I'm watching my flowering bushes and trees for a sign of spring. I have elephant ears in the spring, summer and fall, but they die out over the winter. Do you have a down season for your plants?

Glad to know about the ferns. I hope my elephant ears do well this year.

I'm late getting to comment. Kaboodle vomited all night long and I took her to the vet today. Gave her a shot and med. for the upset. Could be side effect from the new thyroid or anti seizure med. She is very quiet and still this evening and won't eat.

Hope you all have a good night.

Lots of pretty stuff in your back yard. My back yard has snow, mud and a little bit of ugly looking grass

The elephant ear. Sort of like people isn't it. The circle of life.
I'm pleased you like my home but we both know it needs some serious thinning out. :)

Perhaps you would like a covering of white for your backyard garden, Sandra? Ok inalreadynknow the answer to that ridiculous query😀 but know that eventually we will see signs of spring...maybe by summer!

I have the "other" asparagus fern. The one you pictured was a first for me.

Your back yard with plants, trees really amazing. When I first met up with you on your blog.

I thought you lived in Africa.

As your yard is so Africa like.
