September Morn - Florida Style

I stepped out the front door and found 4 autumn leaves. of course the whole bush was green, but with my handy dandy zoom I focused on the leaves, then on our neighbors house behind the leaves.

I noticed the Bougainvillea blooming and walked to the end of the driveway and the view from the driveway.
Autumn in Florida....

So GREEN! I love it that Cranberry Morning called Florida a foreign country! Isn't she a hoot?

That is about how much color we have so far. In fact, we just returned from Canada and there wasn't a lot of color there either. Late fall? Will you or Bob rake those four leaves up when they fall?

Best,
Bonnie

Well that was like a mini vacation for me! Florida is so exotic compared to my home in N. Ireland! Love the bougainvillea especially!

Pretty autumn - treacherous storms. We have to take the bad with the good, don't we!

Well, I don't live in Florida, but our Fall is looking a lot like yours so far.
We actually got some rain over night!!
The grass and trees are singing loud praises this morning.
It's no where going to help our drought but things do look nice and shiny .
Maybe this is a sign that more is on the way.

Well done with what you have :)
Autumn is not very far along here either yet - but a bit further than yours!

I can finally begin to see a change in the leaves here. It's time. Your photos are so good and I love that Florida sky. Hope you don't get any of those bad storms.

I am bundled in a blanket in the Marietta, GA home of oldest son and his family. This taste of naturally cooler temperatures is a welcomed change from our September 90s.

It is downright cool here, and looks very wintry. Most things are still green, but seeing a few more spots of color as time goes on.

Our leaves are all starting to tinge and change to their fall wardrobe.
