Poinciana Tree on the way to Walmart

My first post using Cell Phone through the windshield. This is a Poinciana Tree and almost every street here has two of three blooming now...

Up close in this big tree the flowers look a lot like the one below.

These beauties are in my back yard, this pod is about 7 inches tall and 4 wide... It is a Dwarf Poinciana. That means it will stay smaller than about 10 feet and blooms when only 1 foot. this one is about 4 feet tall and lives in our bucket garden...  I have done MEGA MILLIONS of post on this flower. Just Sayin if you want to see a few click HERE

Your neighbourhood must look a picture with those colourful orange/yellow blooms on the trees. They must attract the insects. Here the colours of the season in the parks and streets seem to be pink, white and lilac (fruit trees blossom, horse chestnut and May tree flowers, wisteria and lilac blooms).

Sugar's picture.
Her mom only posted this one several months ago. She posted so you could print and color for a contest. I don't think she has an entire coloring book.
If she did I'd color every one!

This is such an exotic tropical tree.
Your phone is great for taking photos too.
I'm glad you are having so much fun with your "toys".

Sunny beauty! I well remember them. I don't think there are any here, perhaps they have to have the Florida climate. You posted your blog on the smart Phone??? Geez. Never ever in a million years could I do that.

That's gorgeous! My former in-laws (in Bartow) used to have the best luck w/ poinsettias; me, not so much.

PS - I LOVE Culver's burgers!
... and their associates are amazing (at least out here).

WOW! The first thing that struck me is how much cleaner your windshield is than mine! LOL. Then the beauty of those flowers is breathtaking. How wonderful to see them at every turn. Thanks for sharing the link so we could go back to other posts and see more.
