Shoe Space

I have 4 shelves like this in my walk in closet. I have always put the shoes I wear the most out on 3 of the shelves and the shelf is just narrow enough that they could not sit side by side. While watching a movie one night, I noticed the girls closet had the pairs of shoes front/back, front back. I got up and went to the closet and Voila! sitting them that way all 3 pair sit flat beside each other.

NO, my closet is NOT multi colored but is all white and ugly.... I emailed the photo to my tablet and added NOT ONE, but THREE Filters... Just because

PS.... there are no shoes on my shelves, they are all sandals... I do own one pair for walking, they live by the kitchen door.. I showed them in a Prior Post... they are red Skechers Walk n Go..

LUCKY ME! there is a FIRE Filter in Super Photo App..

You are lucky that you can wear shoes like this. I have never been able to keep backless shoes on my feet! So I have none They always just flip off when I am walking. There must be a secret. And I bet you really need them, living in Florida.

I wish I didn't need shoes. Flip flops are ok but I prefer no shoes at all. Sketchers is one of my favorite brands.

hey?!?! why didn’t i think of that? i was so just fixated on facing my shoes in a forward direction, that it did not even occur to me that by simply placing one shoe the opposite direction, i could fit more! thanks!

enjoy your weekend~

Hello, I must have more room in my closet or not as many shoes. They fit next to each other. It is a great idea!

Happy Saturday, enjoy your day and weekend!

I do that sometimes with my shoes too (when needed). I also have a hanging "thingy" or two... er... Google images of "hanging shoe organizer" and you'll find examples! I actually have a few different kinds of these that I use for all sorts of loose items, not just shoes but also things like umbrellas and scarves and gloves and hats etc.

What a good idea turning one around that is not burning your shoos/sandals.

I've not many pairs of shoes, but all are closed-toe: heels and sneakers. Ugly-toes syndrome going on, hee-hee!

Those are such cool photo filters! That would be like a smorgasbord for dogs that love to chew shoes - good thing they are off of the floor or I'd be looking for a snack!

I would never have thought of placing them like this. Love the colorful filters. You have some comfy/cool shoes.

At least you keep your shoes neatly on a shelf...mine are here and there. LOL Love the filtered pictures. Hugs

I used to wear sandals except in coldest weather or when heels called for. Post-strpke its athletic shoes, even for dress occasions. Keeping my balance trumps fashion!

Loved your red sketchers, too.

I don't own many pairs of shoes and mine are generally just thrown on the floor of the closet or under our bed. - I think you are having way to much fun with those apps. They do look cool though.
