Decorating Done! HO HO HO

The tree in the living room window is done... all 2 feet of it....

Santa climbed up and put the star on top then slid down the tree and placed the red bow

the tree is in  "the Dog Zone" where all the barking at mailman and such goes on.

Dollar Tree Ornaments are all unbreakable, total cost $3.00 plus $2.00 for the 50 lights.

What does Santa like to eat?
A jolly roll
Where do Santa's reindeer like to stop for lunch?
Deery Queen

Did you notice the window is open? all our windows are open. woo hoo

Hello, your tree is pretty. I love Christmas lights. It is nice to be able to open our windows. AC is off.

HAPPY Monday, enjoy your new week ahead!

'Tis the season. Ah yes, the barking zone. I always hesitate to put a lamp in a certain spot which is within range of Lucy's 'barking zone'.

ME: "Lucy, it's the mail truck. It's comes six days a week. It has never been a threat".

LUCY: "Of course it's never been a threat because I do my job and warn it off every day".

ME: How can I argue that logic?

What a pretty little tree. I wouldn't mind going to something really small like that but I think my daughter would have a hissy fit and I don't want to deal with that...lol

This is ADORABLE!! I cannot believe it is all dollar Store! They are the new Five & Tens. I LOVE Santa climbing up!! That is special and unique. The ornaments do not LOOK unbreakable. I remember many decades ago, the unbreakables were those satin ones, and the threads would get all tangled up in the branches. Love that big bow on the bottom! Again, something different, but it works. I love Dollar Tree and have been there at least three times in the last week. they are the place to go for any and all holiday decorations. Their stuff does not look cheap.

It's raining here...wish we could have our windows open!! The weather finally got cool this weekend, then...of all things, wet.

Cute ol' Santa!!
[and love the mini-tree!!!!] That's what my sister has a two foot fiber optic tree. And yours with the dog zone...yep, great idea.

I'd call that, a 'perfect' tree.
You just gave me an idea to find something like that and perch it atop the hope chest that sits across from our bed: A tree for Tom.
