Western Day


What did the bird of prey say when his wife laid a snowy plover egg?   Well, this is hawkward.

Photos from 2008 Western day, The Raptor Guy came to visit and we all petted a pony. I am talon you, owl be back tomorrow.
a cowboy costume is the best ranch dressing.

I recognize the little Peregrine Falcon, which is the fastest bird. And the tiny saw whet owl. The pony is GORGEOUS, with his caramel color and snow white mane!! I cannot tell the difference between a pony and a miniature horse. I know you wanted to ride that pony right out of there.

I remember being in 5th grade and we had a raptor show. these birds are all beautiful and I love the pony. :]

That would have been fascinating to see all those birds up close. Hey, I once had a Dale Evans cowgirl outfit. I would have been right at home for Western Day. LOL
