I MIGHT be a Movie Star..

5:00 AM, time to get ready for the YMCA Pool.
I brushed my teeth, picked up my Match Perfection Concealer and leaned forward to look in the magnifying glass that is attached to the wall to permit me to SEE my face. I use this small tube of MIRACLE to cover the brown spots and discolorations cause by AGE... I put a dab of face cream, spread it around then one drop of this will smooth the spots so they disappear in the mirror.

To my HORROR, I saw I had gone to bed with makeup ON, did not wash face, did not remove makeup... but then I had a THOUGHT..... I might just be a Movie Star...

You know, the ones that sleep all night in the movies and get up with perfect makeup, not even a smudge of lipstick on the pillow case.  or they are lost in the woods or desert, running for the lives,  but that make up is perfection... I WAS THERE, 5 AM and staring at  MY perfect Makeup.
Heh Heh Heh and total cost for perfection is $6 for concealer and 13.00 for Minerals. and it last for several months... No charge for the beauty advice...
What do you think?
this was taken at 6 am, in the reflection of our sliding glass doors.

You are looking pretty good to me! The Mad Starlet. And that is O.K. My dermatologist told me to hardly ever wash my face. Your thoughts about the movies are right on! Remember Donna Reed vacuumed wearing pearls and heels? And in ALL the Gothic novels and movies, the women only run for their lives out on the moors if it is raining and they are in their long white nightgown. Really. Love your poses. Now if we could only find a rainy moor...

Tell me more!!! Minerals? What minerals? I am in the right place to talk about make up and wanting to look decent without a lot of goop! I can do my make up in about 7 minutes and I MUST use mascara as I would look like I have NO eyelashes at ALL!
You really DO look great!!! You are a STAR in MY book!!

You are a STAR! You look great. I like the commercials where the movie star washes her face YET still has makeup when she is patting her face dry!!! lol

Yes, darling, you are a star. The pose is perfect. Believe it or not I rarely wear make up. I stopped years ago because I didn't see that it made much of an improvement and was just another thing that took time I didn't want to spend

Good morning, Sandra! Cute post, you do look like a movie star. I rarely put on makeup, I am noticing a lot more wrinkles.

Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend!

Those movie stars also woke up with every hair in place too! You look stunning. I'd suggest head shots. Sign them and send them out to your adoring public.

Best,
Bonnie

Love the pose in the second pic!! Pop that leg out! haha....I used to get up and put on my makeup daily, now that I am retired I hardly ever put it on. It is nice to really be free of that "morning have too"! Haha, I used to never leave the house without it being on. Looking good there lady.

G'morning pretty lady! In case I've not said so before, I love your smile.

I wish I had a penny for every evening I 'forgot' to wash and cream my face. I'm going to Google that 'Magic" potion, but wonder how you settle on a shade? I've wasted more $ than I'd like to admit buying something that looked awful when I put it on.

You always look pretty and always have a smile. I haven't tried either one of these products, but the last two concealers I bought cost too much and did NOTHING.
Have a great weekend!

You look like you're dancing, girl. At 6:00 am! I love a morning person, but truth be told, I stopped wearing makeup when I retired and moved up here to the country. Only to find that most women here do wear makeup. I have bought lipstick, but seem to forget to put it on. Oh, well.....

I see we have some of the same thoughts...about the perfect look when they wake up...and do you ever notice the high heels in the oddest of places...and I am sitting there thinking no sane woman would wear them doing that.

You look great. I've gotten to where I don't care what I look like when I wake up, as long as I wake up!

you're a natural with that pose! your top is pretty, love the colors! love your pose!
I may try this little magic in a tube. :) I can't stand stuff on my skin but I usually put on a BB cream, basically a tinted sunscreen.
