Beneficial Stuff You Should Know.. in my opinion

Bene Fiber Works! Trust Me, and I will spare the details. Heh Heh Heh
Thank you PIP for the cute bottle...

Apple cider vinegar has many uses. We found a new one a few weeks ago.

We thought our dog, Jake, had mange, but it turned out it was stress related hair loss in patches...Some of you remember the past two months health issues with my hubby, I was so stressed the dog was stressed to.

We put a spoon of cider vinegar on his dry dog food, added water and stirred. I coated the 4 bare spots on his coat with olive oil. Voilà!
Within 3 days his skin was fine. NOTE: I found this by Google Search.

I had a rash around my lips. Per same google search,  I soaked my mouth (stop laughing, it was hard to do) Cider Vinegar Water and it instantly took the sting out. Salt Water does the same thing. Cider Vinegar treats fungus and that is what the rash was. If you guessed stress related. you are right.

Go HERE for top 20 uses and below I marked with red X the ones I have tried and proved it does work. I also use it for cleaning glass and sink fixtures. the below chart is from the site at the link above.

Benefiber...Phil drinks Metamucil. Wonder how they ate different. I have been using white vinegar for a lot of things, and it works great! Now I wonder when to use each different vinegar! I will go to the link. Great tips!

Hello Sandra!:) I'm so sorry you have been stressed out, and no wonder with all you have been through. It affects people in different ways and can manifest itself long after the stress related events are over. Skin outbreaks are common, and when I learnt Americo had cancer several years ago, I broke out in a rash, and I treated mine with almond oil and rose water, but I'm so glad your condition cleared up with apple cider vinegar, and Jake's skin condition cleared up with applying olive oil, and apple cider. We have been using apple cider vinegar for years. At the moment I am drinking a spoonful a day to lose weight, but Americo has been drinking it for many years, for various reasons, and he swears it makes a difference. What would we do without Google,...I must go there two or three times a day.
Keep well, all the best, and many thanks for your helpful post.

Stress can cause us all so much damage and you've proved this. Hope all is going well now and you can both relax a bit more. Will check out the uses for vinegar.

Good morning,

I am hoping now that your hubby is recovering, your stress and Jake's stress levels can recover too. I have used apple cider vinegar for my stomach issues, reflux was awful. That is an amazing list of benefits. Happy Thursday, enjoy your day!

Oh yes...apple cider vinegar is great. I mix it with shampoo or dish liquid soap and use it to scrub the soap scum from the bathtub and shower stall. Works like a charm.

Now, the fungus removal is new to me. Worth remembering tho, for sure.

Apple Cider Vinegar is good for a lot of things. I used to drink it before my surgery. I would get the one that still had the mother. Might be that I need to start drinking it again....thanks for reminding me.

You will NOT believe this I was just looking this up today for a friend. Is Braggs Amino acid the same thing?

Hi Sandra!:) Thanks for the tips. Do you mean white wine vinegar?

Okay, I'll admit that I laughed at the mental image of you soaking your mouth. :-)) But great tips! And I'm so glad that Jake was helped too. Isn't it incredible how dogs pick up on our emotions! I've experienced that many times. I don't think my kitties do, though. They couldn't care less. :-)

I will need to try this. My dogs itch a lot but no spots

I remember my mother championing Apple Cider Vinegar because she'd heard it helped prevent dementia. Frankly, I appreciate it better as a cleaning agent!

Good to know about the Benefiber! I struggle .....

You have had every right to be stressed lately! And that is true of your beloved Jake!
LD and I drink a 'cocktail' of apple cider vinegar, honey and water every morning - when we remember to do it - and it helps in so many ways!

it's amazing how many vinegar products are so beneficial. For awhile, I was also drinking some apple cider vinegar in warm water each morning, but somehow drifted away. After checking out the ink, I may return to the ritual. Glad it was helpful for you and Jake too.
