Lunapic Barn Art

This barn is in the Manatee Historical Park here in Bradenton. Above is the back, below is the front  that also shows the outhouse.

For those of you concerned about our Tropical Storm Emily that blasted right through our city yesterday, we are dry, and OK... we got 7 inches of rain on our house and 2 hours of no power. Others were not so blessed and there was a lot of damage and flooding.

UPDATE! for those of you who know Mona of Whisper Sweetly Cottages, her son posted this sad news about her in this Post. Prayers for Mona and her family.

These are really cool! They look like artful greeting cards. My favorite is the first. I like the wheels, and have never seen a fence so close around a building. Looks like out of a fairy tale or another time and place.

This is just horribly sad news about your blog friend. Used to be you never heard of pancreatic cancer. Now so many people are getting it...there must be something abut the times we live in that is causing this.

I love this little barn...so much. I did not know Mona, but would not wish that on my worst enemy.
