I have been diagnosed as color blind, it came totally out of the purple.

They are like the sun on stalks!!! And the purple one is strangely different. I love the stamen reflection on the petals. So actually to me, this post is not about flowers as much as the SUN. Well, O.K., the sun on flowers. I just adore the effect on the yellow lilies!! I could look all day. Going back to look again before going to bed. Is this at WM?

Purple is my favorite color and so nice to see these blooms, Sandra. Hope everything is getting back to before the storms, although I sadly know it's been a long haul and still ongoing for many folks. I never get tired of your flowers and you and your art I changed my posting so you will have to have patience with me. I am a stubborn gal plus I get bored with same old blog of mine. I also have joined googled plus to do more days of art with different subjects then always waiting a week to do themes. We are freezing brrr this morning but I love it rather then a heat wave weather.
