He doesn't put sugar in but he puts orange juice in which makes it sweet.<br />He puts oats, nuts, sultanas, orange juice and yoghurt, Then puts it in the fridge overnight to soften the oats a little. Here's what I eat:<br />Walmart Brand Greek Plain Yogurt (more protein than the other Walmart brand); 2 tbsp of wheat bran (lots of fiber which I need); Splenda (yes I do use it --the Walmart generic brand) --and my sugar levels are fine; 1/2 banana and 2-3 fresh strawberries (or whatever fresh fruits we have).... Very similar to yours!!!!<br /><br />I don't like squishy bananas.. I like them to be quite firm--so I am probably not getting the stuff which fights cancer in it... Oh Well..
