Neglected Structures-FMTSO

Photos today are of the 25 acres horse/dog rescue ranch sitting in ruins. Our rescue dog, Baby Girl came from here.
 When we picked Baby up from this ranch Feb of 2002, it contained 30 rescued horses and 30 dogs and was pristine and beautiful, the sign that hung on this gate post said simply TELESIS

 Telesis  which means "planned progress"
 Our county had 649 foreclosures in the month of January and we have more than 5000 in our county with only 769 listed for sale.
 Divorce caused this neglected ranch.

    That is a shame, it looks like it was a beautiful place. Your area sounds like an economic nightmare. We are very lucky that our town has survived the economy and is doing well.

    Man - divorce you usually think of the kids getting hurt - I never thought of property being hurt. That is really sad - it was being used for such a good cause. sandie

    So sad...always breaks my heart when you see places that once were pristine fall into disrepair. Hopefully someone will see it's potential and give it life again. Happy Weekend Sandra.

    Your photos are very good, but sad at the same time. It's too bad that the ranch has been abandoned and neglected. It's also sad that the rescue ranch is no longer in existence.

    That is SAD, Sandra.... Too bad someone doesn't move in and buy that place and fix it up... I hate seeing things like this happening in our country...

    That's a shame, it seems to have been a lovely place. Nice area you live and to see all those things. It's quite boring around here in the city, grey houses - narrow streets and such.

    It's sad that that has all gone to waste.

    The weak economy sure has hit your area badly. This is a sad tale of a once vibrant property. Hopefully it will one day be salvaged and brought back to being used.

    Such a waste of a beautiful place and property, although there are not any rescued animals being helped I'm sure the wildlife in the locality are glad of it. Some little critters need neglected places.
