Candlelight by monopod

I saw this glowing and had an attack of mono-poditis.
This new disease attacks me at any given moment since I bought the mono-pod.

I call it The Stick and I love it!

Does a pink candle burn longer than a blue candle?   NO, they both burn SHORTER...

What did one candle say to the other?    Don't birthdays just burn you up?

Happy New Year and stay safe tonight.....

  1. After having struggled with a tripod the other evening in below freezing temps I went looking for this monopod of which you speak so highly at my local Wal-Mart, which is where, if I recall, you purchased yours. They were all sold out! Maybe you'll start getting some royalties!

  2. You got some great shots with your mono-pod. They are all beautiful but my favorite is the first one with all the reflections of the flame on the glass.

  4. I'm going to have to get a monopod because dragging out the tripod is just such a pain some times. Love the candlelight and of course the jokes made me laugh

  12. The depth of gold here is shimmery and beautiful!!! My faves are the first and the last. I like that you can see the wick on the last one and that little bit of BLUE. LOVE the fireworks header!!! On our local weather on T.V, when they showed the weekly forecast, they had fireworks on one day. And me plus the anchor man thought "What is the deal with fireworks?" They were for New Year's Day, and no one could figure it out!!
