Sunshine and the Moss Rose

$1200.00 stump, $1.92 flowers and damage to fence for free by the brats kids next door

Bob came in the house and said you have got to see what the moss rose is doing today.

3 tiny plants,  64 cents each.

The flowers were in the shade... I snapped one and
waited...

The sun rose...The flowers Glowed

and joy filled my heart with happiness as they waved at me with  their beauty..

Try to not think of all the misery in this world, but enjoy the beauty that surrounds us.

  1. Love your header. The flowers are so pretty in the sunshine. An expensive stump. I have to have some palm trees taken down before they drop huge heavy fronds on the roof and damage it. I'm not looking forward to the expense. You are right , enjoy the beauty around us!!!

  14. I really do love your plant stand but the price is a bit of a killer. Oh well that's a one of a kind any way. How do you keep from strangling the lovely neighbor children?
The moss roses are so pretty. Glad they brought you joy. I may have to go out and see if I can find some at a great price like that

  15. That is one expensive flower stand. The Moss Roses are gorgeous glowing in the sunshine.

Sorry about the fence. The neighbors should be the ones paying for the repair. It makes me happy that we have no families with children in our neighborhood.

  21. And while you are enjoying the beauty, Sandra, it might also spread to the kids next door? Or maybe NOT. The colors were clearly enjiying the sunshine.

  24. Beautiful!

I have some of those types of kids next door...one is 4 and the other is 7. They are terrified of me...I went out on the porch today and there sat the 4 yr old had a limb pulled down on my dogwood pulling off the leaves...I yelled at him to stop.

I scared him so bad, he came and got as close to me as he oculd and ask where Toralie was...his name for Lorelei. Then he sat with me all the time I was out there!
