it's very cool and is supposedly quite stress-reducing - the repetitive patterns and motions. not sure if it is the same thing for computer-generated versions. :)

ReplyDeleteI love the fish!!! You did the star and snowflake one? It is pretty!! The video was kind of amazing,but I could never get past the point of knowing what pattern I want. You are very creative and have a talent for it! You are extra good at creating beauty.

Rght now I have three dvds making for Birthdays coming up. Got first one finished.
The wee dog of my sons and family
died of cancer Thursday of last week. I am sad for them all.
Thank goodness when I was baby sitting him a year ago. I took many pictures of him and my hubby with Teddy.
You get so attached to them and they are not even mine.
Had a crying spell last night.
