Tree Rats and Avocados

Our adorable not so adorable tree rats squirrels are bombarding our yard with little avocado that did not mature this year, 4 and 5 at a time and Jake is eating them which makes his poop bright green and tooo much and toooo soft... SORRY, but I am avocontrol...

While taking photos I fussed  at these guys and explained how they are making me crazy and the big one said...

" I know it's wrong, but if feels so ripe"
the other one said..
Let's avocuddle and you will feel better.

Blog friends, Relax, I am just playing devils avocado

  7. I never thought about tree rats as being squirrels! (Boy, you don't even want to know where my imagination was going before I saw your photo!)

They're certainly adorable, but I'd be freaked about my dogs consuming the fruit!

Have a great day over there!

  8. Love the puns and really love the squirrel pics! The green is so vibrant and beautiful. At first I thought you had a married couple! But now I see it is a collage, blended so well that you cannot even tell! So do the squirrels eat them or what..We have lots and lots of squirrels and it is hard to keep from running over them. Because when you drive and they are by the road, they see you and run in a zigzag motion! I suppose this is good for confusing their enemies, but not so good for avoiding cars.

  9. Our dogs also love avos... Luckily we don't have an avo tree... We had one at our previous house- we loved it but it was SO messy!

  10. Cute post! I get mad at the squirrels in my yard too, except for the white ones I see every once in awhile.
