ReplyDeleteThank you for an inspiring post. My camera has been dormant. Sometimes its refreshing just to sit back and enjoy the the works of my fellow bloggers. I have been absorbed in my other hobby, genealogy.
ReplyDeleteI especially like your Rick Warren quote. For now I will apply it to my genetic health and not accept that I just have to live with diabetes. I am amazed and thankful everyday for the improvement in my blood sugar reading and the added bonus of a loss of a couple pounds since I began reducing my carb intake.
How are you coming along with your goals?
