Pine Cone Redux Redux

Did the pine cone burn?  YES, because each time it looked like above, I piled more pine straw in the pot.
(we burned a bale of straw trying to burn one pine cone)

Did MadSnapper have fun????

I created "Eau de Pine Cone" and one of the most fun part of all of this was the fact I smelled like a fireplace all day long.

Did any one question WHY would the MadSnapper burn a pine cone? YES, see comment below
and the answer issssss???  Because She Could.....

COLOR ME FLAMING HAPPY!  Next time I use the Redneck Fireplace, I will have marshmallows in the house....... then you can Color me SWEET!

  3. Yep, I kept asking 'why' as I scrolled down through your post. Knowing full well the answer-haha.
And I was right there with you. While the RG 'worked' I inched around the pile of burning leaves getting shots from all perspectives.
It use to be a harmless hobby but now we are playing with fire.

  4. Love these. I could sit and stare at flames for hours. I actually have a flickering candle sitting in front of me right now. I knew exactly why you tried to burn it and that is why I do anything I do also

  11. Because you could, that is the best reason in the world. Love these, and love that old pot. There's something about a flame that is really mesmerizing, especially when outside on a cold night, not so cold in your neck of the woods I'm sure :)
