This place is amazing! It's like an outdoor museum of the artistic eccentric. Is that one sculpture a flying pig? My favorites are the large cactus, and the grouping of blue mosaic tile things. I would likely have spent the whole hour there. His metal palm tree leaves resemble wings.

ReplyDeleteWhat a fun assortment! I, too, love the bottle tree's shadows best. That giant clam shell (photo #1) looks exactly like the baptismal font at Concordia Lutheran in Sarasota. (When my son was little he used to tell people he got baptized in a clam.)

ReplyDeleteOh my gosh I LOVE THAT HOUSE - and to tell you the truth I wouldn't mind living it is - I just love things like that. I do have a bottle tree but mine isn't as pretty as that!
