  9. Exactly! I can see something random and more often than not, a song lyric will begin playing on the little record player that lives in my brain. That said, I never heard of that first song. You'd be great on one of those game shows. :)

  12. The angel reminded me of a mid-50's song, Earth Angel. Earth Angel, Earth Angel, will you be mine ...? That's all I remember of the words.

  14. I don't know the song title but for the first one...First you say you will and then you won't...Now I have to dig into my mental archives and try to remember the rest of the song...I think it was from a very long ago Musical.
Second one is ...Give a little Whistle...man, my mind is going totally blank this morning.
On a different note...pardon the pun...
Dave's phone totally died yesterday..It's been gasping for weeks and finally he couldn't even poke it...so he used my phone to try to take a picture...guess what???
My phone no longer will take any pictures...groan.
Since we are going to our Granddaughter's wedding next week we desparately needed new phone...which we really can't afford!!
Son Steve did research and we went to the Cricket store and are now the "proud parents" of 2 Samsung Ao1 phones...it's so hard to get used to. Things are in different places and its just different.
Hopefully we will both get used to them and can takes photos and text without going completely nuts. We are TOO Old for this new fangled stuff. The Gal in the shop was able to retrieve all of my pictures and apps..so glad for that. Dave was not so lucky but it's ONWARD for these 2 oldies but goodies.

  18. If I had the talent to whistle, I guess I could be doing that today, as it is rainy.

  19. Love both those songs, I only wish I could whistle for real. I can only whistle sucking in air but then I run out of breath. I've never been able to whistle blowing out. Don't know why, it's just always been that way. Cute Avatars!

  20. I'm afraid I didn't think of either. I don't think I ever heard the first song, but I do know Singing in the Rain. Yes. That pops into my head once in a while. For some reason the one that has been playing there lately is Skinny Minnie Fishtail.
