Big's last ride

The day before Our Big Boy went over the rainbow, we took him on what would be his last ride.
I wanted to take photos of some of the buildings. we were sitting at a traffic light , through the windshield shots.
I will be posting Beau on the Fourpaws36c with stories.
So will be showing mostly photos here, I have 3 post I had created the day before he died.
I love our new Beau, but am still grieving Big Boy, and still bursting into tears. Will try full blogging and see how it goes.
Soon I will find my humor.

  10. Everyone understands your grief. I tear up every time I think about Big. There was something so very special about him. And your love for him was special too. It will take time. You can't hurry grieving. I have learnt this with Errol.

But your love for your new boy will grow, he seems like a lovely dog that needs a loving home. You and Bob will enjoy and love him.

  11. Oh how well we understand your grief. Twelve years and I still burst into tears over my big boy Boots. He was a feline. A real gentleman. I still believe he came to me as an angel disguised. He saved my life when I was so ill. I will never forget him, ever. your grief only shows your pure love for Big. HUGS & LOVE XO XO XO XO XO XO XO XO XO XO

Grief comes in all kinds of forms...
Beau will help you by putting his "self" around those empty spots in your heart.
    Tears are healing my friend.

  13. I LOVE the palm trees against the blue sky! And the mural. This is a pretty part of town. You cannot hurry grief, just like you can't hurry love. I don't need you to be funny, just real and present. This is life. And most of it is so NOT funny.
