Saturday Chore continued

The lights were hung, it was 10 am,
2 hours I worked, I AM NEVER doing this again.
I hate it I said,
I must have lost my head.
This is worst ever look
for this dang nook.

I took the tree out of the bag, in which it lives,
I sat it there and said I'll wait until dark, and see what gives.
I ranted and raved and went to bed with a book,
waiting for dark to see how it would look.

Night did fall,
And I stared at it all,
Bob said I love it,
I said in my book, it is NOT a hit.
Tomorrow I will finish and see how I feel
I hope it works, because taking it down is not how I feel.

  1. It is GORGEOUS!!! If you don't like it, it is because you have been too close to it for too long and have no perspective anymore. Really, I could not have done near this good. Linda would approve, I just know it. GORGEOUS I say!!!
