Sword Ferns by Snapper

We have had a lot of rain and the ferns are loving it. They love the Hot, Humid, triple digit feels like temps.
I stay indoors and play with photos in PicMonkey.

The pot on the front porch has doubled the number of fronds in just a few weeks

I was about to give you a sword fern pun, but did not know if you are all sharp enough to understand the point of the conversation.

These are the ferns I planed in front of the windows with the PINK shutters. They are not this high YET.

  2. Your edits are awesome! So will you let them continue to grow, or trim them at some point? Great puns!

  3. We wish we had some lush greenery like that. Spurred by yours, F just found some moss roses in the market so they have been planted in a tub on our balcony. Intense heat and punishing sunlight said the growing instructions - should be ideal for them here then. Photos in due course. xxx Mr T

  6. I have always loved the look of ferns. I'm wondering the same thing as Ginny. Will they keep growing or get trimmed back? I like that butterfly that's in with the ferns.

  10. It is amazing what some rain will do for the plants. Love your Picmonkey creations.
We gave our trees a pretty good drink yesterday because they are looking pretty wilted from the heat.
All the homes in our area have 3 car garages...No golf carts to be seen though. the smaller one tends to be the "spare room" catch all space for us. We only have 1 car so the garages have tended to be the storage space for STUFF plus our car.
