Mama got confused, posted two on same day, pulled this one back, and today is NOT Sunday.
We are fine, no pipes burst, the wind howled but did not damage she can see in the dark.
Now to my belated Sunday Selfie
When a new bed suddenly appeared in the middle of the living room floor, I refused to get on it. Mama said to me, bye, bye, I will be right back, and went out the door and I heard the garage door go up and back down and I headed for the bed.
You see she tricked me, by putting it right by Daddy's bed.
She found me sleeping on it and I heard daddy say, he has been there since you left.
as she snapped photos, I moved to get away from the lens
I was close to Daddy and slept there all morning 1 hour, while Mama went to her doctor appt.
When she came home the bed disappeared.
Gone.
then I went to bed, and there it was, in my Condo/walk-in closet. My bed that I had slept on for 5 years was Gone, My blankets were on it and my pillow but it was NOT MY BED. I slept on a similar bed next to Mama's side of their bed, and refused to sleep in the closet.
Two nights later, we were back to my old routine and I love it and my achy bones love it.

I sure am glad that no pipes burst, now you just need to keep keeping warm. You look fabulous handsome Beau. Big hugs from all of us!
ReplyDeleteWe understand, Beau. It can be hard to get used to change. We always think our old stuff is the best, then, we usually find out the new stuff is even better! We're glad this one helps your bones and stuff. And we hope your Mama's doing ok, too. Lots of wags and love from Xena, Lucy, Chia and Mom Amy (Mommy doesn't wag, though)
ReplyDeleteWell Beau, it took awhile, but I am so glad that you finally like it! It looks so comfy. Bliss for Bones.
ReplyDeleteAwww, that's a nice bed Beau! And you look grand on it.
ReplyDeleteYay no pipes frozen or busted. Same here. We did fine ... so far. Will keep the water dripping for a bit longer but that's OK. I'm so grateful for a home and be sheltered from this weather.
Love to you all. ❤️🔥
