Er... patients. ;o) My favourites are the wee snake and the tiny frogs! You are such a great person to save all the little critters from your pool. I agree that it's the right thing to do! Plus... if you don't... you'll just find them with your toes at the BOTTOM of the pool. lol!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05637557309399845617noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5435521207575893989.post-77126580639800527332010-10-31T00:31:30.835-04:002010-10-31T00:31:30.835-04:00You know my comment totally disappeared! Rescuing comes natural..out of the mouths of our big bad dogs- or in my case- youngest cat.
Are these the same tree frogs (Caribbean) with the high pitch tone..hmm? One or two (kept me up last night) are almost worse than a chorus!
Funny, I've never gone out of my way to clobber a centipede..therefore, they don't try to sting me!!Kilauea Poetryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10565265326716182821noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5435521207575893989.post-44884720421562076682010-10-30T16:21:46.861-04:002010-10-30T16:21:46.861-04:00Um - could ya put a warning about "snake"...Um - could ya put a warning about "snake" ahead??? ;o) I'm so glad it was a tiny one and not scary!!! ;o) Cute little toad...so glad you rescued him!Dawning Inspirationhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12041699277471877081noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5435521207575893989.post-80951689755545773722010-10-28T22:26:33.945-04:002010-10-28T22:26:33.945-04:00Those close up photos are so fascinating, but I es...Those close up photos are so fascinating, but I especially loved the pix of Jake wrapped around that stump or whatever, obviously on the job, intense and ready for a call to search. Your comment that revealed his REAL motive for searching gave me a great laugh for the day. Must admit the snake in hand photo made me do a little icky dance, and that was fairly difficult because I am sitting down! The kids and I were in the pool and I looked over at the skimmer. Inside were about five little snakes wiggling around for all they were worth.Beverlyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07269872465115056916noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5435521207575893989.post-32245710265827223692010-10-28T10:08:38.228-04:002010-10-28T10:08:38.228-04:00Sandra, these pictures are amazing!!!
