If at first you don't succeed...........

 If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. then destory all the evidence. the photo above would usually be deleted from my computer. But I kept it to make a point. I saw this dead vine on the fence on the way to Walmart.

Snap! View! YIKES that's ugly......try again back off and use the 300 zoom lens....

 Snap! View! NOT....... move a little further back and to the right....

 Snap! View! that's much better! Once more now! you can do better than this

Snap! View! Got it! Love it! Post it!
It's the simple things in life that make me happy. Dead leaves and a chain link fence! Yes!

    Love it, I think I do this on a regular basis. Take several shots and usually only post one. Actually I like a section of the first one, I would probably crop it.

    Your post title made me laugh because the one I have scheduled for tonight has the same title...lol
    That's the way to do it, keep snapping till you like it. You got a great picture there. I love it.

    What a great point you have made here!!! This is what I call the 'photographer's eye.' With practice, we photographers see things that others don't and we take the time to move closer, move away, crop in or out, blur the background, isolate the subject. Whatever it takes until we get what's in our minds eye. I love this!!!!

    Love it too, Sandra.... It's amazing what we can do with some creativity... Things I never looked at BEFORE learning to take good photographs---are things I look at NOW..... Special, isn't it????

    These look almost like grape leaves and we have some that look similar out in the preserve. I am not going to walk out there though as I still have this idea in the back of my mind that amidst the brush and leaves and mud, there is quicksand and probably snakes.

    Sandra..the first one looks like a ghost..an outline of a leafy dog ghost!! I would use it for something, but that sort of thing drives me crazy..I love your header! I'm glad you got a new lap top too-
