Friends In Glory Land



I spent the happiest years of my life in the Southeastern Hills of Kentucky. On Saturday mornings, I listen to Bluegrass on the radio as I go shopping for grocery'. this one I heard Saturday AM and it  brings back fond memories of Appalachia




 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. Rev 21:4

    Thank you for the warm and faithfilled awakening on this glorious Sunday Morning. My thoughts are; we should read more of the words written in Red, and act on them.
    This was a time when Christian faith was stronger and People were stronger and more devoted to each other. AMEN, and God Bless.

    Thanks for this post and the beautiful music.Your mention of the "happiest year's of your life" gave me pause. I realized I have never thought about or identified my "happiest days." Now I am wondering what that reveals.

    Enjoyed, too, your Vue baby and jokes. Now I am off to catch up on your earlier posts I have missed due to thunderstorm and fried modem several days ago.

    Was that anywhere near Danville, Kentucky? I used to spend my summers there with my great grandmother. It's where Centre College is located.
