Bray Park-Because I could

Bray park is not just trees and flowers and squirrels and horseshoes, these are all Because I could shots.
"The reason a dog has so many friends is that he wags his tail instead of his tongue."

"Dogs feel very strongly that they should always go with you in the car, in case the need should arise for them to bark violently at nothing right in your ear."
-- Dave Barry

I told you Americans throw away everything, this is a barrel thrown in a ditch at the park. WHY? she shouts

  1. Oh my goodness, those four are just adorable. They look like they are really enjoying their ride in the park.

Things like that barrel make me so mad, why are people so lazy that they can't dispose of waste properly. They would rather throw things on the ground or in the water than take a few extra steps and do it properly. Joining you in the shout. WHY?

  3. Good Morning, Sandra. More great pics from the park. Why do some folks have to spoil the beauty with their trash?

Those pups gave me a laugh this morning!

Did you put that leaf there so it spelled holiday? hum???

  9. The pups are definitely cute, and your photos are wonderful. I like your other photos as well, even though the barrel in the ditch is disturbing. I don't know why some people have to mess things up for others.

  15. Those puppies are not spoiled by any chance? At least the abandoned barrel yielded nice reflections.

  17. Those four puppy dogs are so cute! I wonder what it would take to push mine, yours or Texwisgirl's pups around? THH! Don't get me started on the barrel! I'm shouting with you! I can't stand people littering and I see a lot of it here in Orlando...there's no excuse!
This is a great series Sandra!

  19. I LOVE your Valentine header!!!! The texture on the reds is so cool, also, the hearts look like little hearts of stone. I stopped by yesterday and looked, but didn't comment, waited till today. For yesterday, my faves are he big square full of leaves, and the one adorable little shell, wonder how it came to be there? Today, the blue barrel and reflection are cool, but my fave has to be all those dogs in that stroller, how wild!!! I have seen strollers with one dog in them, but this beats all!!! Wonder if they are all old sick? Else they would want to run around and sniff and bark.

  23. Adorable! Love the pix and yes, the barrel is maddening. Argh! I am learning so much lately I think my head is going to explode. Can one have a "bank" of learning to battle dementia? :) New to your blog. Thanks for the posts.

PS. According to Google, there are 4 Bray Parks - Australia, NC, FL and MN. You mention Americans so I guess the big one in Australia is out. Great stuff - no matter your location. Thanks again! :)

  26. Those pups are just down right adorable! I really want the chihuahua! I had one for 14 years. She was my first baby. I miss her and think about her all the time. She was a fawn and white color but the size of the little black one in your picture. So cute!

  27. Great shot of the Doggie coach.
It is a shame about the barell in the ditch. It was probably put out for a trash barell.

  29. What a difference a few feet can make - you start s with the cutest picture - four cute dogs in a stroller and end up showing us such waste. I always tell Andy that humans are the dirtiest of all animals. sandie
