i keep forgetting to use flash outdoors - have seen tips for that for people photography to eliminate bags under eyes and the like...

The fill flash makes a huge difference.I found out recently that the knee is also useful for locating the nightstand at night. OUCH!

The fill flash does make a difference. When I first glanced at the photo I thought you had a reflection. I'm glad I'm not the only one who sometimes lets the camera strap slip into the photo.
