5. DVR on our TV
New Kindle Paperwhite Touch , can be read in the dark |
What are the things you do to entertain yourself? If you were told you had to give up all entertainment, but could keep two, what we be the two you would keep.
Mine is Reading and DVR.... and I can't decide which one between these two.. Hubby and I love the DVR and use it daily... the reading is just for me.
I did say THINGS... this does not include people or pets.....exclude them, they are a given. Things can include Things outside the home, whatever entertains you
oh my I don't know that I could give up any of my forms of entertainment. There's blogging, photography, photoshop, crafts, reading. No way could I pick only two of those.
ReplyDeleteYour lamp with sunpuddles is very pretty and I like the shot of your camera on the table.
Woof! Woof! Mom said this is a bit hard but her mac and camera (these are consider things). She uses her mac for everything. Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
ReplyDeleteStill thinking. I would ever have said this fifteen years ago, but I don't think any of us could give up the computer way of life. And number 2?? Hmmmmm.... still thinking.
ReplyDeletePhotography and reading are my two favourite things to do. Both are wonderfully relaxing and both take my mind to different places and make me think.
ReplyDeleteyou're very inventive and creative, sandra!
ReplyDeletephotography and watching movies are my two fave things to do.
i love your lamp. so pretty!
i'd love to own one like this.
gorgeous shots as usual. every one of these is a real gem.
Hi there,
ReplyDeleteMy two things would be illustrate/draw and reading I think.
I'd keep reading for sure. The other thing would be harder. Probably the theater since I want to be entertained but don't really watch much on t.v..
ReplyDeleteBest,
Bonnie
My stick and Billy the moose.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,

I love your pictures. I get enjoyment from my cameras, blogging,Facebook and so many other things.
ReplyDeleteGreat shots - so clear and nice. Nothing like mine - lol. I would keep the computer. And reading!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures! Mine are football and listening to the old radio programs and football, did I mention that?.... Beth's are reading and knitting....
ReplyDeleteI need three. My camera, laptop and sewing machine!!! Then I'm a happy woman!!
ReplyDeletePhotography...fishing...love them both...
ReplyDeleteAnother great post Mad Snapper...ok since we can't include peeps/you
ReplyDeletewe'll say we love your camera!!
MOL
Hugs Madi and Mom
I do miss the television when we are in Italy so reading would be my first choice
ReplyDeleteas I can take a book anywhere although as you know it would now have to be a Kindle. My second choice would be walking
and observing my surroundings.
I would keep my camera and my laptop.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYour question, which would I give up, to keep 2? Nope, not even contemplating choosing! :-)
I want my camera, reading, posting, trying art, enjoying Harveys Bristol Cream, watching Gabe grow, etc., etc., etc. And I want ALLLLLLLLLLLL the things which I love.
Did I say, beeeeeautiful photos? Well, I'm saying it again.
Reading and blogging, because blogging for me involves writing and walking outside so I can get my photos. See! I manage to get five things into just two, heh, heh!
ReplyDeleteWhile I enjoy blogging, I do not like being on the computer for long periods...I'm a mover, as you know..which is why I dabble in other things...kayaking, hiking, Tai Chi, etc. ..:)JP
ReplyDeletei do love my internet/laptop. but i'd need my camera to go with it to continue blogging.
ReplyDeleteYour second photo is even more eye catching to me that the first but a Kindle fan I am not yet.
ReplyDeleteDid you photo shop your camera into the photo?
I love just being well to do whatever I can. I love those good days.
Today is Buddy haircut and xray day.
That would be impossible to answer...I would have to include reading because I don't feel complete if I don't have a book that I am reading. But then other than that there are photography and sewing...and the internet....just could not choose.
ReplyDeleteI would keep my laptop and camera. :) Love your lamp!
ReplyDeleteThings I would keep to enjoy - my library card as I rarely buy books and do not enjoy reading online; my iPad because I watch enjoy shows on Netflix sinbce we do not subscribe to cable TV services and my Canon digital cameras.
ReplyDeleteMy cats would love that sunpuddle and I love the lamp. I love reading, computers, photography, gardening, etc. If I could only keep two it would be my camera and a laptop. I can read and watch movies on the computer so that would have it all covered. And it can all be done outside, yippee!
ReplyDeleteHmmm...I'll have to think about that one! :-) Like your lamp picture!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I could give up reading or my er, uh, um....camera...no, computer...no, camera...no.....I can't decide between those two.
ReplyDeleteLove your pretty lamp! Happy Valentine's Day to you and Bob!!
I love how the light shines through the blue glass on the lamp. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI have a dresser just like that; it belonged to my grandparents.
ReplyDeletePondering your question ...
No order in these but here are some things that bring me enjoyment:
ReplyDeletewalking, drinking hot tea (me) and coffee (hubby) in front of a fire in our fireplace or a campfire in the Smoky Mountains, visiting with friends in person or in the blogosphere, my attempts at photography, coffee shops. travel, reading my Kindle.
There are more but got to get ready for therapy session with occupational therapist Amy.
gee....I would keep my camera and my blog. I would give up....doodles, reading, eating junk food, antiquing, back road wandering,....wait...I can't do it....:(
ReplyDeleteI have never decided what the other thing would be....reading, photography and sewing have been my love since childhood...oh, and someone mentioned fishing...that is also a love...but just not something I get to do a lot.
